Constructed in 1927, The Windsor Arms Hotel at No 18 St Thomas St in the Yorkville area of Toronto Canada was closed between 1991 - 1995 due to neglect. In 1995, a 24 floor condominium tower was built on and around the reconstructed hotel. The building was designated a Heritage Property by The City of Toronto in 1983 and was designated under the Ontario Heritage Act in 1992.
Original photography from 2016 using a Canon EOS 60D body with a Sigma 17-70mm f2.8 DC Macro OS lens. Reprocessed using Silver EFEX Pro as a Lightroom plugin for the Black and White conversion.
